Nu-soul singer Laurneá is a former lead singer with Arrested Development and Loose Ends who launched her solo career Epic release "Betta Listen," which spawned two radio hits. She recorded subsequent albums for Universal and JVC in Japan, which received minimal US distribution but maintained a strong underground following for her. "The Collection" brings together 14 tracks drawn from her entire solo recording career.
